Solihull Moors have announced that Tyrese Shade is to go on trial with Leicester City.
The 17-year-old forward will head to Belvoir Drive next week and will be given the chance to impress two friendly matches, including one against Sheffield Wednesday.
Shade – who is eligible to represent Saint Kitts and Nevis on the international stage – joined Solihull last season after being released by Birmingham City and has flourished under the management of Moors boss Liam McDonald.
McDonald has nurtured Shade’s talent and provided him with vital exposure to National League football at a young age. His subsequent confidence-fuelled performances have caught they eye of Leicester scouts and coaches.
