Leicester City midfielder Oli Ewing has been included on the annual Next Generation list published by The Guardian.
The list comprises of the most promising first-year scholar at each Premier League club, with a short biography of each player.
Ewing joined Leicester following his release by Fulham in February and left school with ten GCSEs at grades A-C this summer.
The Guardian’s Stuart James writes that Leicester see Ewing as an attacking midfielder, although he played in a more defensive role towards the end of last season.
The 16-year-old trains regularly with the Under-23s and played for them in pre-season, and has featured regularly for the Under-18s this term.
