Oxford United have signed Leicester City defender Elliott Moore on a permanent deal.
The final transfer fee has not been confirmed, although FoxesHub understands that Leicester quoted a £300,000 asking price when Oxford made their initial enquiry.
The 22-year-old leaves after 15 years with the Foxes, which saw him captain the Development Squad and represent England at various youth levels.
Most recently, Moore spent two season on loan at Belgian club Oud-Heverlee Leuven, where he was given the captain’s armband at the age of 21.
Leuven had made an offer to secure Moore’s services for the 2019-20 season, but the Coalville-born defender decided to return to English football.
