Leicester City winger Faiq Bolkiah has signed a new one-year contract with the club.
The 21-year-old initially signed on a three-year deal back in 2016 after leaving Chelsea and completing an unsuccessful trial at Stoke City.
Bolkiah, who has previously played for Southampton and Arsenal, has found game time in the Development Squad hard to come by since his arrival three years ago.
According to reports, the youngster is worth an estimated 15 billion pounds, making him the world’s richest footballer. He is the nephew of the Sultan of Brunei and captains his national team.
