Kidderminster Harriers striker Andre Brown is on trial with the club’s Development Squad.
Brown has featured in a behind-close-doors friendly against Northern Ireland Under-19s and played for the Under-23s in a 2-2 draw with Reading on Monday evening (April 24).
The 20-year-old, who has scored 14 goals in the National League North this season, told sportinglife: “I played against Nuneaton and there were Leicester scouts there watching the Nuneaton left back.
“A few days later my chairman contacted me and said ‘the Leicester scouts that came to our game were really impressed with how you played and want you to go on trial and play against Northern Iteland jn a friendly’.
“This has given me such a sense of belief and confidence to believe in my abilities and realise how good I am and can be.”
